Imladris Preserves

Imladris Preserves Walter and Wendy Harrill are committed to sustainable agriculture. Their Imladris Farm (pronounced em'-la'dris) is a small, sixth generation family owned farm. It has been part of Walter's family since the original land grant in the early 1800's when the family immigrated from Ireland to the Spring Mountain community near Asheville, North Carolina.

Walter and Wendy's fruit jams are handcrafted using historically accurate methods to provide the highest quality homemade jams. They use only fresh local farm grown berries that are chemical-free.

Imladris Farm products are grown and made with an eye to quality that mirrors the Harrill's dedication to sustainable agriculture. They feel strongly that plants and animals, if supported and nurtured, will yield quality materials unavailable through conventional, commercial means. The Harrill's have made it their goal to return to early, simpler methods of agriculture and living.

They believe that only by producing high quality products that serve customers needs can they maintain a viable presence as a small family farm. They hope their jams bring the same joy to your home as they experience on the farm every day.
